A BIT FOR GROWN-UPS
Glamis Youth members and volunteers must follow the following rules.
REGISTRATION FORMS
All new members must have a parent or guardian complete a registration form before there first session at Glamis Youth. Our forms can be found with a member of our team when you enter via the side door. Failure to complete a registration form will result in not being able to enter.
Please read the registration form carefully as you will find a copy of the terms and conditions on the back.
Please note if you sign that you are happy for your child to leave the building without a parent present, they will be allowed to do so – no matter the time of year.
BEHAVIOUR
All Glamis Youth members and volunteer staff have the right to remain safe and have an enjoyable evening. Anyone who poises to undermine this rule by being rude to other members or staff will NOT be permitted to enter our sessions. GLAMIS YOUTH have the right to deny access to anyone at any time.
PICK UP
Glamis Youth finishes at 5.30pm and we expect all members to be picked up as soon as possible when the session ends. We allow parents a five-minute window to pick up. Anyone who fails to pick up after 5.35pm will incur a LATE FINE.
ILLNESS
As Glamis Hall is a muti-use venue we like the rest of the building must take illness seriously. This is due to the vulnerable adults and young people using the building every day.
Please note that anyone who has had sickness or diarrhoea will NOT be permitted to enter GLAMIS HALL until two full days have passed (48hrs). If you have any questions or queries, please meet a member of team with your child at the door before entering the building. Please follow any doctors or chemist advise about mixing with people after an illness.
